Cabarrus Center Retail Lab – Spring 2023

In this course, new and existing retail business owners will learn from expert instructors on practical topics including business strategy, e-commerce, branding, inventory, real estate and more. The Retail Lab bootcamp gives entrepreneurs the tools and guidance they can use to launch their idea or push through challenges or barriers. This program is held at the Cabarrus Center, which offers professional workspace, meeting rooms, event space, educational workshops, networking events, business resources, mentorship services, and a host of amenities to support entrepreneurs who are launching or growing their businesses. Participants will have the opportunity to train on merchandising, inventory management, and point-of-sale systems in the Retail Lab Popup Store. Graduates of the bootcamp can apply to become vendors in the Retail Lab Popup Store. The curriculum is brought to you by the Rowan-Cabarrus Community College Small Business Center. The Flywheel Foundation has developed the program and organized curriculum here at Flywheel.Courses.
